I refused to eat this for a long time. Then I started adding Creamy Italian Dressing or just Italian Dressing to it, and loved it. Then Mom didn’t make it anymore for ages. She seemed to always stop making something just as soon as I tried it and liked it. Today, I can eat this without adding anything else to it.
You can leave out whatever upsets your stomach. Add them to separate bowls so others can add them to their portion. You could probably swap out other vegetables you happen to have for ones you don’t have. Layered Garden Pasta Salad
1 (7 or 8 oz.) pkg. macaroni shells 1/2 c. green onions, sliced with tops 1/4 c. Bacos 1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing 1/4 c. lemon juice 3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese 1 tsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 4 c. bite sized pieces salad greens 1 med. zucchini, sliced 1 c. sliced cauliflowerettes 1 c. broccoli flowerettes 2 med. tomatoes, cut into wedges
